About the show
Every Friday at 23:00, Tracy Rivers takes the helm for the longest-running independent night voyage in Harbor Bay. Captain Midnight is where new bands earn their sea-legs: live boardwalk sessions, first plays of harbor demos and the stories musicians tell only after midnight.
The show closes with Harbor Lights Down on Sundays — a gentle comedown of requests and slow songs that hands the week back to Monday morning.
What's inside every episode
- Boarding Call — the week's new harbor releases, introduced by the artists themselves.
- Live from the Boardwalk — a full session recorded on the outdoor stage.
- Sailor's Stories — long interviews with touring acts passing through the port.
- The Last Signal — one song to close the night, chosen by a listener.
How to take part
Bands can book a boardwalk session through the request line — two songs, one interview, recorded live. Listeners choose The Last Signal every week by writing in before 22:00 on Fridays.
