Tracy Rivers sailed with the merchant fleet before she ever touched a fader, and Captain Midnight still runs like a good ship: on time, all-weather and open to everyone aboard. Her Friday voyages made the boardwalk stage the most important small room in Harbor Bay.
Off the night shift she runs the Boardwalk Showcase, recording new bands live on the outdoor stage and giving first interviews that the rest of the city quotes for months.
